We are grateful to have had such a dedicated and experienced team of coaches. It’s especially rewarding to see local former junior players, who honed their skills at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre, now becoming valuable members of our coaching team. Their contributions have played a significant role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Sandor Platthy - Head Coach
Sandor has been Head Coach at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre since 2007. Sandor and Evolution Sports Pty Ltd, trading as Evolution Tennis, have managed the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre since 2012.
Sandor enjoys developing players to a high level and aims to instill a positive work ethic in his students. He is equally focused on maintaining a family-focused, fun, social and welcoming environment at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre.
Jordan Soussa - Head Coach
Jordan Soussa has been coaching with Evolution Tennis since 2014. Jordan competed on the professional tour overseas and locally and competed semi-professionally across Australia, achieving a ranking among the top 170 players in the country.
Jordan is now a Head Coach at Evolution Tennis and is a highly experienced coach who works with players of all levels, including high-performance and competitive players.
Craig Davison - Senior Coach
Craig Davison has been an integral member of the Evolution Tennis team since 2014 & has been in the tennis industry for over 40 years.
Craig's previous position was Head Coach & Director of Tennis at Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre. In this position Craig was responsible for the tennis coaching and competition programs for over 500 customers, leading a coaching and pro shop staff of 20 employees.
Craig's tennis philosophy is to have fun & train hard. Tennis is a game for life. As a Mortdale resident Craig is thoroughly enjoying coaching at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre, and looks forward to seeing you at the courts soon.
Arjay Murray - Senior Coach
Arjay Murray has been trained by Sandor at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre since he was 14 years old. Arjay has won AMT events, regularly competes in Futures tournaments, has achieved an ITF ranking and continues to pursue his goals as a competitive player.
Arjay is an outstanding all-round tennis coach, excelling in his work with both social and tournament players. We are fortunate to have him on our team, where he plays an important role as both a skilled coach and mentor for the next generation of tournament players.
Tarek Mansour - Senior Coach
Tarek Mansour grew up playing tennis in Italy before moving to Australia at the age of 12.
Since coming to Australia, Tarek has been trained by Sandor at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre. Tarek remains an active competitive player and has won AMT doubles tournaments with Arjay Murray. He has also competed in Division 1 Badge.
Tarek is an exceptional technical tennis coach who works extremely well with both social and tournament players. He is a skilled coach and an excellent role model for the next generation of competitive players.
Haris Poric - Senior Coach
Haris Poric has coached at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre since 2012. Haris coaches group and private lessons and runs his own Monday evening junior squads.
Haris's two sons both attended Tennis Australia National Squads. Haris played a significant role in coaching his sons and managing their competitive tennis careers, giving him valuable experience in the development of junior tournament players.
Alan Poric - Senior Coach
Alan Poric has an extensive background in competitive tennis. Alan spent several years competing on the professional and semi-professional circuit across Australia, achieving a ranking among the top 110 players in the country.
Drawing on his extensive playing experience, Alan has coached at Evolution Tennis since 2013 and brings a wealth of competitive knowledge and experience to his students.
Sienna Vidackovic – Junior Coach
Sienna has trained with Jordan Soussa for several years and has also attended tennis camps at Tennis Center Dubrovnik and tennis academies in Barcelona, Spain, broadening her experience and knowledge of the game.
Sienna is a friendly, positive and encouraging coach who enjoys working with players of all ages in private lessons, groups and squads. She has been a welcome addition to the Evolution Tennis team in 2026.
Sasha Platthy - Junior Coach
Sasha started coaching in 2023 and particularly enjoys coaching our younger students, as well as conducting hitting sessions and private lessons. She is positive and encouraging and is a great addition to our coaching team.
Sasha has played Premier Grade on Saturdays and in weekly Sunday competitions and has competed in tournaments since the age of 10.
Joseph Yeh - Junior Coach
Joseph Yeh has been training with Evolution Tennis since 2016 and has received several years of private coaching from Jordan Soussa. He has represented Newington College, training with the GPS squad and competing in the school's 2nds and 3rds teams during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
Since 2025, Joseph has also taken on a coaching role at Evolution Tennis. With a strong understanding in tennis technique and a passion for the game, he brings valuable experience and energy to the coaching team.
Operations Team
The Evolution Tennis operations team plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre, particularly in the pro shop.
Together, Sandor, Jordan, and Jazz ensure that the pro shop at the Ken Rosewall Tennis Centre offers top-notch service and support to all players. Their combined efforts create a welcoming environment where players can find everything they need for their game, from equipment to expert advice.
